One-to-One: Coaching

Coaching has been a popular way of developing leaders for many years now. My Associates and I have the highest levels of skill and experience in this sometimes less-than-transparent discipline. We have played and continue to play a key role in professionalising business coaching via selected professional bodies.

Whilst one-to-one work is undoubtedly more costly in one sense, it's just-in-time, completely tailored nature means that for top talent and for those in critical roles, coaching is undoubtedly a powerful and effective development tool. Offerings are straightforward and easy to understand, involve line managers via tri-partites as an optional standard and always include evaluation as part of delivery.

A typical senior leader programme costs around £2500 - £3000 plus VAT and covers a 9 month period. Sessions are face-to-face at whatever location you choose and include fully-scripted notes. As with consultancy work, I am always open to negotiating discounts for volume or packages of work.
